Tweed Cottage is a comfortable end-of-terrace holiday home in the heart of Alnwick, Northumberland. Just two minutes' walk from Alnwick town centre, it sits in a quiet spot with shops, a pub and a restaurant all within 500 yards. It's a practical, well-located base rather than a remote retreat.
Alnwick is one of Northumberland's most visited market towns. Alnwick Castle famously used in the Harry Potter films is on your doorstep. The Northumberland heritage coastline, Holy Island, Bamburgh Castle and Seahouses are all within easy reach. Newcastle and Berwick are both under an hour by car.
The cottage sleeps 5 across two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a 4ft 6in double bed. Bedroom 2 has 3ft bunk beds.
