The accommodation was very clean and comfortable, just like in the photos. It was easy to find and in an ideal location, just off the main street and the seafront a few minutes walk away. We had a very enjoyable week at Sunnybrae and would happily book again.

The flat is just as described. It is very spacious, clean, wellappointed and quiet. We found it a relaxing place to stay! Also, this is a great base for a carfree holiday. The mainline station is 25 minutes away on foot. You are minutes from the coast path and beach. There are regular hourly buses to Alnwick and along the coast. The village shop has everything you need to selfcater and there are pubs and restaurants in Alnmouth too.

Spacious and warm apartment. Very handy for village shops, cafes and pubs. Lovely and interesting part of Northumberland. Will probably book again.

Flat was lovely with comfortable furnishings and the main bed was extremely comfortable. The twin beds were on the narrow side for adults, but still comfortable. It was right in the centre of Almouth, very close to the lovely deli and the general store. Loved the area and Alnwick and the weather really did smile on us. All four of us really enjoyed our visit.

Lovely spacious flat, clean with everything required. Alnmouth a perfect spot with great pubs and local shop close by. Regular bus service to nearby Alnwick. The location is a great base for exploring Northumberland. Parking space very useful too.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Sunnybrae and could not fault the comfort and facilities available.

Excellent comfortable and relaxing accommodation. Beautifully decorated very light sitting with lovely bay window. Would definitely stay again . Only thing for improvement would be to increase number of glasses. Top class accomadation

A lovely, spacious flat with everything we could need and then some. In a quiet location, but only a few yards from the high street with shops and restaurants in one direction and the riverside and sea in the other direction.

Great place to stay! Perfect location. More spacious than the photos depict. Facilities in the apartment are great. Everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Beds very comfy. Parking a big plus. Would definitely and very likely will stay again. Alnmouth was brilliant and well located to explore Northumberland which has rapidly become one of our favourite places. So much to do.

I think the description should state that single beds are only 2ft 6ins wide these are not comfortable for adults. A change of bathroom hand towels should be available. The central heating control was flashing 'low battery' on arrival. The kitchen is very well equipped.

Lovely stay at this spacious apartment. In the centre of a lovely village with parking, which is a bonus and close to the beach.

We were very pleased with the apartment. Spotlessly clean & comfortable. It might be worth adding that Garden Terrace is quite narrow especially if other vehicles are parked on the road.

A lovely apartment in a good location. We stayed over xmas and new year and the owners put up lots of lovely decorations for us. Staying so long we cooked and were about the apartment a lot and we found it very comfortable and well equipped. We have stayed in Alnmouth many times and this was one of the best we stayed in, my own favourite.

We have stayed many times in Alnmouth and this is one of the best properties to be in. It is well furnished and equipped, warm for our arrival on a cold November day. So close to the beach and amenities and the bonus of a rare parking space. Communication with the owner was excellent particularly when I left my I pad and had to arrange to collect it after leaving the property. Thank you.

Great apartment in the heart of Alnmouth. Very comfortable and clean. Very well equipped and maintained. Includes a washing machine and a dryer. Off road parking. Two sets of keys provided which were very useful. Would love to stay again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at SunnyBrae. The property is very well designed and setup in the lovely Village of Alnmouth. SunnyBrae is the best holiday property I have ever stayed in. It is well set out and is of the highest quality. Highly recommended .

Convenient appartment with roomy sitting room. However decor and furniture looking tired. Beds in the twin room not really wide enough for adults.

Great apartment, really well fitted out and the heating works a treat. Good location in a beautiful village with a fun golf course. Bonus was the weather with full sun all week end of Jan.

Fantastic stay in a wonderful apartment, youve really thought of everything. Highlight of the holiday have been the tree house restaurant in Alnwick, Cragside and a trip to the Farne Islands. Love being in Alnmouth and would love to come back to this fab apartment.
