Sea Holly Lodge 4 is a two-bedroom self-catering lodge in Newton-by-the-Sea, a quiet coastal village near Beadnell in Northumberland. The beach is just a short walk over the sand dunes no car needed. The lodge sits among open countryside with views stretching across the fields and is well-placed for exploring one of England's finest coastlines.

This part of Northumberland is popular with walkers, cyclists and windsurfers. The Northumberland Coastal Path runs right past the area giving access to Dunstanburgh Castle to the south and Beadnell to the north. Rock pooling is great here hermit crabs and porcelain crabs are regularly spotted. The Joiners Arms pub is nearby for meals.

The lodge sleeps 4 across two first-floor bedrooms a double and a twin. Both are tastefully decorated with dual windows and countryside views. Downstairs is a fabulous open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with wall-to-wall windows. The kitchen has an electric oven, dishwasher and washer-dryer. South-west facing private decking catches the evening sun perfectly.

Bamburgh Castle (9 miles), Alnwick Castle (12 miles), Seahouses harbour (4 miles) and Craster village (6 miles) are all within easy reach.
