Lavenna is absolutely lovely, it's nicer than the photos. The kitchen has everything you could want, the sofa is very comfortable indeed, everything is very clean, the beds are nice, the location is brilliant in the atmospheric old streets, and we really enjoyed our stay.

A lovely apartment in a great location. Parking the car was a little tight but other than that we loved everything about the apartment and about Alnwick. The close proximity of the bus station for local busses was great. The attractions and places to eat in Alnwick were all easy to get to. Thank You.

An absolute beautiful property in a very quiet, secluded location. There is everything you could possibly need in the property, lovely, clean, comfortable and warm. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Lavenna is a lovely property, this was our second visit as we enjoyed it so much the first time. It did not disappoint and we will visit again in future. The property is perfectly situated to get around Alnwick on foot and a short drive to visit wonderful places of interest in all directions. Ideally situated near a supermarket and several pubs. Sherkhans Indian restaurant is great, need to book though! Carlos fish and chips are very good and just a short walk away. The apartment is so well equipped, everything is thought of even down to Alexas and charging points. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, I was thrilled it has a gas hob, like home from home

The cottage was clean and comfortable when we arrived and laid out as expected from the description on the site. The shower cubicle is a decent size and the water pressure was good. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed to cook meals during our stay. The closet supermarket is only a short walk away. The parking space is tight but others in the courtyard parked considerately and it is manageable. However, I did also make use of nearby 24 hour free car parking in the town as it was so convenient. To get from the cottage into the main part of the town, including to the gardens or castle which are both well worth visiting, was only a few minutes walk.

Lavenna is a great place to stay in Alnwick, we were 4 adults staying for a week and it was extremely comfortable with everything we needed to self cater. The beds and sofas were very comfy and the shower was great. It was easy to walk to the shops including Morrisons, cafes and bars and Alnwick Castle, Hulne Park was a good walk too. It was useful to have our own parking spot which fitted our Skoda Estate fine. We loved our welcome pack thank you so much and the coffee machine and air fryer were a great bonus. We would definitely return and highly recommend.

The apartment was lovely and the owners had taken a lot of care to make it very comfortable and well equipped. The well thought out Welcome Basket was much appreciated. It was in an excellent location for everything in Alnwick. We would recommend this property.

Excellent well equipped property.

This is the third time in three years that we have stayed at Lavenna. Hopefully it will not be the last. We would, without hesitation recommend Lavenna to prospective visitors. Our host has been extremely helpful during our visits. Northumberland at its best.

This cottage was just as described, very clean and modern, had everything you needed , very central location and very quiet we had a great stay , best cottage weve stayed in , and they allowed dogs .

This property exceeds the description given, it is brilliantly located and feels like home. It is so comfortable, quiet and relaxing. Parking at the apartment is easier than described.

We found the property in an extremely clean condition some appliances were new. An information pack was provided along with a Council parking disc this had been thought out and was much appreciated. The listing was accurate and and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay at the property with two teenage children and a small dog!

A well located home which has every amenity you could require. Beautifully decorated throughout and good quality bed linen towels supplied a true home from home. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

This property was immaculate and in a great location being a very short walk into the beautiful town of Alnwick Also a short drive to Alnmouth beach The property was very clean and provided everything we needed Lots of clean towels and a fully equipped kitchen I would highly recommend this property !

A perfect holiday house. Extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean. The welcome pack was exceptional, even included treats for our pet. Very quiet but central location. We had a really enjoyable stay.

Thank you for a lovely stay! The cottage was lovely, clean and cosy and in a fantastic location, close to town but also easy to get to major roads to explore the North East. The little treats of Prosecco and chocolate were a lovely surprise and made us feel at home!

Well finished and comfortable property well situated in heart of Alnwick. Lots of nice touches for arrival e.g. milk, bread, Prosecco, chocolates etc Parking would be tricky if you had a big car as the entrance and space are tight but all in all an excellent property which Id recommend.

What a lovely apartment and very clean with good quality equipment and furnishings. Nice touch with the prosecco etc.

We were made very welcome with a lovely gift hamper including some goodies for our little dog! The property was beautifully decorated and furnished and provided all the appliances you would need. It was clean and cosy. Parking was available off street and we were within easy walking distance of the town and its many dog friendly pubs and shops. We would definitely recommend and would stay there again if we came back to the area.

A lovely property, very well appointed, with some lovely touches, like including the coffee pods for the coffee machine and a lovely welcome basket. One of the best properties we have used.

This is a great modern property. Only a few minutes walk into Alnwick. The property has all that you need for a great stay. The welcome pack was amazing and so many essentials in the property that we were not expecting.

Absolutely fabulous property which is beautifully clean , decorated to a high standard and it was so conveniently located veing within walking distance tk all Alnwick has to offer. We very much appreciated the very thoughtful and generous welcome pack. The only things that could be improved upon are the toilet seat requires adjusting and a door hook on the back of the single bedroom would have been useful but these are minor things. Thank you to the owner for what was a lovely stay.

One of the very best selfcatering properties we've ever stayed in! Great location, spotlessly clean, good value. The added touches made the flat really special and comfortable. All the furniture, bedding and decor is tastleful and great quality and the owners have provided all the essentials, and much more. The welcome pack was absolutely lovely, and more than just essentials like milk and bread even included a large bag of biccies for our dog, and two bags of sweets for the kids! The bottle of fizz was a real treat Lovely big tvs in all rooms handy for teenagers on rainy days! Other reviews mention the tight parking that's true, but we managed fine with an estate car just take your time! And there are a number of long stay car parks very close by if you'd rather do that! Quiet, residential location, but only 3 mins' walk and you're right on Alnwick main street. Can't recommend this flat more highly! Exactly what good holiday lets should be

Really enjoyed our stay in your very clean and comfortable home. The welcome pack was generous and we were particularly touched that you provided some treats for doggo too Alfie was most pleased! The home was ideally situated for all our needs, it was lovely to leave the car at home for a day. We would recommend your property to anyone wanting to stop in Alnwick and the surrounding area and hope to return ourselves sometime. Thanks very much

Lavenna is a beautiful apartment and one we all thoroughly enjoyed. There was a fabulous welcome pack and a vase full of fresh flowers which was a lovely touch. The property is beautifully decorated and well equipped with quality goods. Everything has been thought of right down to charging cables! The living area is tasteful and very homely. Every room has a TV and Alexa which is ideal for families.especially those who have teenagers! The beds are extremely comfortable and you get a good amount of fluffy towels. We would highly recommend this apartment and will book again. Its ideally situated for easy access to supermarkets, various pubs and restaurants as well as local attractions. Obviously Alnwick castle is close by but in around half an hour, you can be on Holy island or at Bamburgh castle both a must visit. Weve read previous comments regarding tight parking but if you take your time, it really isnt a problem.

Lavenna is a lovely property, immaculately clean & comfortable with very good attention to detail. The welcome pack was a nice touch & filled with essentials to get us started also chocolates & prosecco which while totally unnecessary very very appreciated. Everything had been thought of even kids cutlery & the plug in nightlights on the stairways. The only downside is the parking which is very tight. There were 6 vehicles in the small parking area while we were there so a fair bit of shunting was required to get in & out of our allocated space, there is free parking however on the opposite side of the street although very busy. I understand nothing can be done regarding the parking due to the nature of Alnwick Town with many properties accessed through archways off main streets. Despite the parking we had a great stay & would come back to this property.

Wow! What an amazing place. We had a lovely four nights at Lavenna and would not hesitate to book again. The apartment is located right near the town centre walking distance to all of Alnwick's amenities and attractions. The flat itself was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. It really was like a home from home with everything you could think of provided cutlery, crockery, cling film, sharp knives, oven trays, plenty of towels.
