Harness House Alnwick Reviews

Barry
We stayed in a warm and very comfortable home during a wintery mid November. The home is comprehensively equipped with quality furniture and effects to make our stay very enjoyable. There was a Welcome Pack of biscuits, coffee and Northumberland tea bags that we really appreciated. Also, a thoughtful pack from the Holiday Agency with helpful basics. Have no hesitation in recommending this lovely home, we are looking forward to returning, easy to walk into Alnwick Town or well located to explore stunning Northumberland.
Jess
Beautiful property with lots of helpful kitchen equipment and lots of consideration for the dogs. Nearby to local amenities, parking easy to find (note quite narrow streets for bigger cars)
Nina
Great little home from home. Beautifully decorated with an eye for detail and high quality finish. Very comfortable. Good quality linen & towels. Very well stocked kitchen. Cute little treats for the dog included too! Can tell that the owners care about your stay and want you to have a good experience. Fabulous location. Loved Alnwick, can walk to centre in 5 minutes. Very easy to get out and explore other locations in the car. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.
Alaric
The cottage is very welcoming and really very well equipped. We had excellent weather and we would certainly be very happy to stay there again when we are next in Alnwick. Alnwick is a great centre for Northumbria and we thoroughly enjoyed trips to Alnwick Castle, Alnmouth, Warkworth, Wallington and Bamburgh. I also think Alnwick Playhouse is a great example of how to make a theatre a key part of the community - itâ??s well worth a visit.
Christopher
Harness House is on of the best houses weâ??ve stayed at. A lot of thought has gone into it and everything is there that youâ??d need. Also thought has gone into allowing pups the stay and not just lip service. We always take rugs but there was no needs. Good location for the town and not far from so many great beaches.
Clifford
Lovely Georgian town house just a few minutes from the town centre. Very comfortable and stylish interior, bedrooms and bathrooms both spacious, the smaller room was ideal for us as we were three people. We dined in most evenings, everything you need to prepare a nice meal and â??The Gathering Placeâ? was ideal for a sociable dinner. Would love to return.
Gloria

Great location. House just needed one or two improvements
Danton
Easy walking distance to the centre of Alnwick and all the attractions. We found it to be very quiet and comfortable.
Julia
This is a really comfortable, clean and spacious house. A ten minute walk from the centre of Alnwick with shops bars and restaurants. Adam and Eve restaurant even allowed dogs. Amble old boathouse has really good seafood and a harbour view, also dog friendly. Nice base to see the Northumberland coastline, central for the area.
Richard
The house was comfortable and very central.
Stephen
Great location, excellent decor throughout, towels and bedding of a very high quality, and very well equipped kitchen. The welcome pack was a nice touch. Would highly recommend.
