We had a lovely week at Beachward. The cottage is in a perfect location right beside an amazing beach. Katya the cottage owner was very helpful and gave us lots of information and was available to help with any problems if needed. We would love to return again soon.

Cosy cottage with the most amazing views. amazing location allowing easy access to a wonderful beach. Short drive to village pub. Greys Inn was welcoming and had a great local feel. Everything you need for a relaxing stay. Would highly recommend.

Beachward felt like home from home, so cosy and comfortable with everything that you could possibly need for a holiday by the sea. The location is fantastic, five minutes walk from one of the best beaches in the country. Also dog friendly, cant recommend highly enough, we will be back!

Had a fantastic week at Beachward. It's location is perfect for some great coastal walks and the beach at Embleton Bay. The cottage itself is very comfortable and wellappointed and Katja is an excellent host. Highly recommended.

Charming cottage with outstanding location. Overall property good, but cramped, particular main bedroom.

Great cottage and fantastic location. The only minor detail from us would be that the main bedroom mattress should be firmer. We had a lovely short break!!

Wonderful cottage in an amazing location! Our second visit to this great cottage and it wont be our last. Since we were there is January Katja has had a fabulous new kitchen fitted and the view down to the sea seems even more spectacular. Located only minutes from the very beautiful Embleton beach. Great place to stay and lots of dog friendly walks right from the doorstep.

Fantastic cottage with fabulous views in an amazing location! Great shower, comfy bed, cosy lamps, super wood burner and only a few minutes walk from stunning Embleton beach. Watching the sun rise behind Dunstanburgh Castle, truly magical! Weve already booked our next trip. Thank you for everything Katja!

A lovely, cosy cottage in a fantastic setting. We took the dog for a few days away and couldnt have hit on a better place. Everything we needed was in the cottage and there was easy access to the beach. It can be frustrating when the house rules say no dogs in certain rooms with no way to really enforce it but in this case the doors all latched properly so we had no problem at all. Highly recommend

Beachward is a fantastic place to stay. Cottage is cozy and we couldnt fault it. Location is amazing, and beautiful sea views from the property. We would highly recommend a stay here.

A lovely little cottage perfectly located for beach walks and discovering the fabulous Northumberland countryside. Gorgeous decor and everything we needed for our short break with our two dogs. Enclosed back garden was a useful bonus.

Perfect location overlooking the sea at Embleton bay. Thank you to Katja for letting us know the Aurora Borealis had been spotted in the skies early evening of 5th November. Our first time seeing the northern lights, we got some lovely photos, which made our trip!

The cottage was a perfect seaside getaway, with fabulous views and just a short walk to a beautiful beach. Beachward offers everything youre likely to need, and is very comfortable, while the coast walks from the property are beautiful. We had a wonderful week and will certainly be returning! The cottage was cosy and comfortable. It was smaller than we thought and if there were 4 people there wasnt a lot of storage room especially in the small bedroom. We used this bedroom for our clothes. The location is amazing fabulous beach and walks from the doorstep.

What a superb cottage ! ! We cannot thank you enough Katja. Beachward was spotless and had everything you would need. The location and views are second to none. It is very close to the best beaches in the UK and pubs, village shop etc. We have been staying in holiday cottages for over 30 years and Beachward is right up there. We would recommend this beautiful cottage without hesitation.

One of our best ever weeks away. Cracking cottage, perfect location, gorgeous beaches, amazing weather, welcoming pubs and only got in car one all week! Thank you for a delightful stay.

What a perfect retreat, just love the cottage, so homely and cosy. Enjoyed the log burner in the evenings even though the cottage was really warm. Cottage is so well equipped you&39ve thought of everything love the crockery and all your cosy lamps really lovely. Hope to stay with you again. Thank you for the wine.

Wonderful 5 nights. Perfect weather. Cottage was first rate. We have stayed here a couple of times int he past so it was very familiar and the fixture and fitting have been improved.

Wonderful cosy cottage, fabulously appointed. Will miss staring out to the sea every morning while making our breakfast. Have loved the walks along the beach to Craster and Newton. Thank you so much and hope to see you again soon.
