We were a party of 4 people 2 couples, the apartment was prefect for our requirements, clean, comfortable, central location with car parking, the kitchen had everything that was required, there were 2 small concerns someone had upset the heating controls & the heating was coming on at different times, the other annoyance was that WiFi didnt reach our Bedroom

A superb spacious, very comfortable, spotlessly clean and well equipped property. Bonus of parking space outside and great location within the beautiful village of Alnmouth right by the river estuary and beach, great variety of cafes, bistros and pubs. Perfect for walking, bird watching, beach strolls or visiting lots of other places along the coast. We had a great time and loved this property.

Brighter bulb in Lounge required for reading. Kitchen excellent and well stocked utensils. Heating, hot water showers and bathrooms all great. Very clean. Very comfortable. Great location. A very comfortable apartment and very good response over minor maintenance issues. The lighting in the sitting room was not adequate for reading and knitting. Would recommend this apartment.

We really enjoyed our week in Sandybrae in a quiet location close to the high street and the beach and is a spacious and comfortable place to stay. Modern, smart kitchen and bathroom and shower rooms with quality fittings. Every appliance provided that you could need. Very comfortable beds. Wifi reception is not good but that's a difficulty of the location. Parking is a bonus as street parking quickly gets full. Only improvements I could suggest would be a couple of lamps in the lounge for better lighting for reading by and much brighter ceiling lights in the bedrooms as they were a bit dark.
Overall excellent in every respect. One niggle is that we could not get the bath water to run consistently hot despite attempts to do so.

The apartment was in good order and well equipped. However, the kitchen is poorly designed, in so far as it requires a substantial amount of leg work to obtain or return plates, cups etc form dishwasher? More importantly. The bathroom sinks. I shave in the morning and wash my face with water in the sinks. Those taps amount to potential head injury and damage. Finally, my wife complains constantly with regard to a lack of a full length mirror and access to a mirror while attending to her hair. Being sparse on top means that this is not an issue for me!
This was our third stay at Sandybrae. it is a very clean and welcoming apartment with the added benefits of car parking and a garden. The owners are easy to contact if necessary and are very helpful. We love it so much we have booked again for next year

I loved my stay in Sandybrae! It is well located in the charming and friendly village of Alnmouth. The flat is very well equipped, extremely clean, comfortable and spacious. Anything one might need for cooking, tips for touring the Northumberland coast, etc. has been thoughtfully added to the flat. The private parking and garden is a bonus. Thanks to the sunshine I managed to use the garden as well. Thanks Sandybrae for a wonderful stay in Alnmouth!

Superb property right in the heart of the the village
We have stayed in Alnmouth a number of times and this is the best accommodation. High quality and well maintained. Ideal for 2 couples on holiday together.
Beautiful apartment and lovely views. Unfortunately we had a power cut whilst on our stay but it did not stop us form enjoying our stay. We had a good meal at Adam and Eve in Alnwick. Alnmouth is a super place to stay.
Lovely accommodation, comfortable and well equipped. We come to this area alot and this is one of the nicest properties we&39ve stayed in as so handy for the beach and village and all the surrounding towns and villages.
What an amazing find and thank you for being so welcoming in the middle of a power cut. We&39ve had a lovely time and coming home to this lovely place after hours of walking in the cold. Views as good as it gets
Sandybrae was brilliantly located in the village and parking outside was a bonus. We have stayed in Alnmouth 5 times and this was one of the best, clean .comfortable and well stocked with all that you can need. We loved all our favourite places again as the pubs and restaurants are warm and friendly with excellent food. We&39ll be back and missed being away for nearly 2 years. Thank you for providing a restful break.
Patio space was great to use and a really relaxed 2 weeks. Time spent by the ferry hut watching the estuary tide emptying and filling with the tide. Apartment was excellently set up. Meals out at the Sun, The Hope & Anchor and the Whittling House. Have already booked for 2 weeks next year. Thank goodness for parking.
