Enjoyed from first hour till the last , everything you needed on hand shop garage and greys inn a very short walk away was best pub ever . All ready applied for next year
We loved the house it was comfortable and well equipped and great for a group of 5 friends. The bedrooms all had fantastic views to the sea and the location was excellent we could easily walk to the sea and nearby villages. We walked to Craster then to The Ship at Low Newton for lunch. There are two good pubs in Embleton, one with good food. The village farm shop was excellent and if wed known in advance how good it would be we wouldnt have done a supermarket shop on the way.
The house is lovely and airy, with lots of room. We loved the views and being so close to the sea. Alex is very friendly and I knew would help if needed. The village has everything and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A lovely house in a wonderful position. Spacious, warm and uncluttered the house provided a great base for our holiday. A short walk to a stunning beach, a very good local shop and a pub we had everything we needed. Sitting on the terrace looking across the fields to Dunstanburgh Castle was a highlight.

A magnificent house with sea views. Well equipped and comfortable. Although the shared bathroom does not have a traditional shower, it dies have an extendable integral shower head, so no problem. It is in close proximity to an excellent hotel restaurant and bar and two great pubs. Great place.
We had a very enjoyable family holiday at No6 Sea Lane. It is a very attractive property, both inside and out and is clean, spacious and well furnished. The bedrooms are all large and the beds are comfortable, and there was plenty of downstairs space to accommodate all 3 generations of the family . The location is excellent, with stunning views over the fields towards Dunstanburgh Castle and the sea. The lane leads to a beautiful sandy beach which the grandchildren loved, and access to the coastal path. Embleton is a lovely village with an impressive farm shop, a nice hotel, 2 pubs, a well equipped childrens playground and even a nature reserve. The owner was very helpful and always responded promptly, and I have no hesitation in recommending No6 Sea Lane.
Would be improved by enhancing back garden area was only 1 tea towel in accommodation more needed. Washing machine wouldnt open with full load inside owner arranged prompt repair which resolved problem

A lovely property in a scenic, rural setting. We had a very enjoyable holiday. We found the owner friendly and helpful.
Lovely comfortable house by the sea. Great place to host our pre Christmas get together with friends

A very spacious, well furnished, comfortable property and we loved it. There is a large loungeopen plan kitchen which leads into a separate dining room. All the bedrooms are large two have ensuites with comfortable beds and the bathroom is enormous!! The house is located at the top of the road leading to Embleton beach and every room has far reaching views of the sea and coastline from Dunstanburgh Castle to Low Newton. The village has a good groceryfarm shoppost office and a cosy pub serving good meals booking advised. There are so many places to visit in the area and, if you don't want to take your car, there is a good bus service note that public car park charges can be quite expensive. We really enjoyed our stay at No. 6 Sea Lane and have no hesitation in recommending it.
A good size property for eight people in a good location with beautiful views to the coast. Enjoyed a great week walking the coastal path
A very comfortable and spacious property. Location is excellent, looking out over fields and across to the sea with views of Dunstanburgh Castle. A lovely beach is a few minutes walk down the lane with the local golf club open to the public for coffees and snacks. The house was clean with spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite shower rooms which are small but perfectly practical with good showers. The kitchen is large and wellstocked and there is a comfy living room and a separate large dining room. Situated in a lovely quiet village with a hotel, pub and also an excellent village shop.
6 Sea Lane is a beautiful house in a stunning position overlooking the sea, just a ten minute walk for a swim. It is furnished perfectly with everything you could possibly need for all your comforts, the showers were really powerful and the kitchen was well equipped. Embleton was a perfect location for seeing some of the beast beaches we have ever walked upon, the wild life was exceptional and we saw the most amazing selection of birds. There is a wealth of wonderful places to visit locally, we found the local people always friendly and helpful. The owner was very helpful providing extra advice and information. We had a wonderful holiday and will be returning!
This was our 3rd time in Sea Lane ,lovely as ever . Views from the property are spectacular. Ideal property for our yearly reunion with friends . Everything we needed to hand , plenty of places to visit and lots of nice walks from the door . Owner very helpful , many thanks .Ann
Beautiful property in a spectacular location. We had a brilliant time exploring the wonderful surroundings during the day and coming back to roaring log fires and board games around the table in the evenings. We have already booked to come again next year!
Excellent, comfy accommodation. Ideal location.
Commanding uninterrupted views of the coastline. Beach a short downhill walk away. Spacious accommodation with all four bedrooms a generous size. Ideal for a young children as a family can &lsquospread out&rsquo inside the house with plenty of safe space outside for play. No problems parking with 3 cars. Wellstocked general store a couple of minutes walk away. All the party were pleased with the property, location and local facilities.
Lovely, bright, spacious and clean. Great location. Amazing views.
Excellent location. Fabulous kitchen for a large group with a great separate dining room for more formal meal gatherings. Loved having all the bedrooms on the front so that we could all enjoy the fantastic views. Great to be able to walk to the beach from the house. Perfect!
Absolutely beautiful property in a gorgeous area. We had a wonderful time. Would definitely come again though.
Lovely large bright rooms with great views. Property is well located in a lovely village with three pubs and a shop. A great place for family holidays by the sea.
