The bespoke kitchen has a dual electric oven, dishwasher, wine cooler and coffee machine. The lounge features a 65-inch Sky Glass TV and wall-mounted gas fire.
Alnwick Castle is a short drive upriver. Warkworth's medieval castle is just south. Amble fishing village offers boat trips to Coquet Island for birdwatching. All within easy reach.
