The details about the property and the T&Cs sent beforehand were all helpful. The property itself was as described. It was very well cleaned and presented, well furnished and comfortable. The welcome bottle of wine was much appreciated! The property is a 3 minute walk from the town centre and a great base for visiting the coast and other locations further inland.
This is our 2nd trip to Assisi Apartments and there is nothing to fault it, comfortable, clean and everything you need, parking is an added bonus, an easy short walk to Alnmouth and beach, we will hopefully be back next year.

Phoned owner about awful smell in bathroom Not particularly apologetic and could not come out that day or next and was supposed to phone the following day. Did not do so.The problem with facilities was the second bedroom not suitable for 2 adults no dressing table no drawers more for children.The rest if the property was lovely .
Great location. It is closer to Alnmouth village than advertised. Spacious, clean apartment for 4 people. Some basic upgrades would make a big difference in the kitchen. For examplesharpen knives, provide basic condiments like salt and pepper, provide extra bin bags ours split when we were taking the rubbish to the bin at the end of our stay.
Wow, this is the best holiday accommodation we have ever stayed in, clean, comfortable, everything you could possibly need, added benefit is the parking. It was our first stay, but will not be our last. Raymond & Susan

The property is spotlessly clean and vey comfortable. There are lots of trees around and we heard lots of birdsong. The clean and efficient lift was very useful for moving luggage. I suggest that could be mentioned in your publicity. The apartment It is in an ideal location a very short walk into Alnmouth village. On site parking is excellent in a busy place. There are lovely walks straight from the property. It's only a mile to the mainline station so we took the train to Newcastle one day. We had a lovely time and hope to come back.

Another lovely holiday at Assisi Apartment. We arrived in the dark and cold and when we opened the door there was such a warming welcome with the heating and some of the lights on. Very cosy. Spacious and has everything we needed. Very clean. Car parking definitely a plus. Friendly neighbours too. We cannot fault anything and appreciate the effort the owners go to to make us feel comfortable.

A lovely modern apartment in a fantastic location. Great for exploring Northumberland. On a local scale it&rsquos perfect setting makes it ideal for a walk down the high street, excellent choice of pubs with great food. The property was very high standard. As we arrived during a very cold spell the heating had been put prior to our arrival which made a warm welcome. Access to the property was easy with a parking spot. Everything good.
