Not the usual Hoseasons standard;; All surface areas and bathroom were clean, however the carpets needed a good vax, we always stay in pet friendly accommodation , this is the only one we have stayed in that smelt of dogs. The towels and bathrobes were very tired, the fridge was working but damage to the shelf of door, the decking outside the entrance to lodge moved when it was stood on, the toilet seat in the main bathroom was broken and the toilet in the en-suites appeared to be leaking, sent a sms to the owner but did not get a response

The Lodge was lovely, very comfortable, quiet and relaxing. The hot tub was fab. We really enjoyed our stay and would visit again. The only thing was they only had plastic glasses and I like a real glass, I know you need plastic ones whilst in the hot tub. The pans were a bit worn also but overall we were very happy with the lodge.
