We've been holidaying in Alnmouth for over 20 years but have found the last few years the costs of cottages to be eye wateringly expensive, so have gone elsewhere. So pleased we found this cottage, which was reasonably priced. Lovely and cosy, well equipped. The added bonus of a parking space and little garden. Perfect

Hi, everything was great location and post holiday help with a lost item was second to none. Thanks so much for that. I don't have a property criticism as such, but we travel by train and I think I would choose to stay somewhere that has a few resources in the cupboard next time the sales curtesy packs are nice but only helpful if you arrive for the weekend. There was only 2 loo rolls, no washing powder, no toilet cleaner, etc, etc and when you stay in a traditional owner serviced air bnb it's just a bit easier, you replace what you use or leave financial compensation. In a place that doesnt have a supermarket that is a bit tricky. Not a property complaint but I prefer a more people friendly system.

Great little property in a quiet spot with large parking space and garden. Lovely village right on the beach.

We thought the cottage was delightful and the decor throughout was lovely and very well thought out. Just one thing we couldnt work out at first was how to open the cupboard containing crockery, it wasnt obvious! Our fault for not reading the info properly but we didnt realise there was a garden till it was too late. A very peaceful location plus the handy parking spot was good.

The house is clean and comfortable, it had everything we needed. The beds were lovely and the location fabulous wonderful beach and lots of great trails for running hiking. We had a super time!

I know Alnmouth well and have stayed at many different cottages, this is a real gem! Perfect location, with a rare parking space and was very modern and clean. We loved it! Definitely recommend this place. I would prefer a few more basics, more washing up liquid, handwash, coffee, milk etc.

We had a really lovely stay at Lark Rise, it was a great base 5 mins walk from the beach and cosy to come back to at the end of the day, very clean and comfortable. We would definitely come stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Lark Rise. The property itself was comfortable and clean, and have everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable as well which was a big plus! The location was great for us. We loved being near the beach and some great pubs, and the kids loved Lilidorei and visiting the Harry Potter castle. We would definitely stay here again.
